Media language Essay plan


Apply the concept of media language  to one of your media productions.

intro- explain what text you are analysing, what is media language.

main- include all 4 key ares

camera- shot size, farming, angles, pans, zooms.
sound- diegetic, non-diegetic, sound effects, music.
editing- fades, cuts, dissolves,
Mise-en-scene- costume, lighting, location, body language, acting,make-up.

conclusion- how well do you think you used media language to communicate meaning to an audience?

Apply the concept of narrative to one of your media productions.

what happens when they consume texts?



There are three theorists of audience that we can apply to help come to better understanding about the relationships between texts and audience.
